Product Description

High-efficiency thickener is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment. It has the characteristics of high underflow concentration and low overflow turbidity. It is widely used in tailings treatment, hydrometallurgy, environmental engineering, mineral processing, environmental engineering and many other fields. The thickener is suitable for the dewatering process of concentrate and tailings in the processing plant, and is widely used in the concentration and dewatering treatment of coal slime, wastewater and waste residue in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry, building materials, environmental protection and other departments. There are three types of thickeners: NZ series central drive thickener, NXZ series central drive-automatic rake high-efficiency thickener, and NZT series peripheral-driven high-efficiency thickener.

How thickeners work:

The high-efficiency thickener is mainly composed of a circular thickening tank and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentration tank fall under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clear water, so that the solid particles are separated from the liquid. The slurry deposited at the bottom of the concentration tank is continuously scraped by the rake scraper to the center discharge port at the bottom of the tank, and the clean water overflows along the upper edge of the concentration tank.
