The company is now operating with 100 sets of Automatic CNC Lathe, 75 sets of high precision CNC Processing Center, and equipped with cold heading, die-casting, injection molding and other advanced production equipment and automatic production lines.To cope with the rapid growth of New Energy vehicles business, we have established our metal cases and containers business department to grasp with the market trend and opportunities. In the overall planning, we planned to import 26 sets of 600 tons automatic aluminum shell stretching lines of which 8 sets have been installed and operated in our Zhongshan Manufacturing base . Besides, we also have the following automatic flow lines in the plant: 3 automatic ultrasonic cleaning lines, 15 automatic container lid manufacturing and assembly lines.The Zhongshan Manufacturing base can produce 4.8 million sets per month.For our expansion plan, The Yichang Manufacturing base will occupy 100 acres of land with 67000 sq. m production area .
