Founded in 1994 in Xiangtan as a supplier of machinery, industrial parts and service, Xiangtan Electric Locomotive Factory Co., Ltd. has evolved to become a well known manufacturer under the trademark SHAOLI of machinery and service for, tunneling, mining and related industries.We are now one of the top manufacturers of narrow gauge electric locomotives in China.
