1.Use

Our company's rubber cutting machine is mainly used for cutting natural rubber, rubber, plastic materials, suitable for installing in the mixer side, cutting small pieces of rubber.

2.Structure and principle

This machine is mainly composed of rubber cutting knife, main frame, working cylinder, base, auxiliary worktable, hydraulic system, electrical system, etc. The base under rubber cutting knife is equipped with nylon cushion plate to protect the blade of rubber cutting knife from damage.

When working, put the rubber under the rubber cutting knife manually, then press the start button, and the rubber cutting knife will cut the raw rubber along the slideway on the frame driven by the piston rod. The frame is equipped with upper and lower limit switches to control the reversing valve to change the direction of the rubber cutter movement, and at the same time, to protect the piston cylinder head.
