This plastic crusher is designed for crushing different type platic wasting material after injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion forming. The structure if this crusher is compact, convinient opertaion, easy clean and maintenance, high working efficiency. The blades has differen choice for diiferent type material. The screen mesh size has 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm for option. 

Note: The maximum production capacity is subjected to the screen mesh size.

     18 months after BL date.

 2. What is the Blades material?

      6CrW2Si or SKD

 3. What is the blade life time? 

    Blades is worn parts on crusher. It will depends on the material of blades and the plastic material you crushing. Regularlly Blades life will around 1 year to 2 years. 

 4. Do you supply spare parts for blade.

     We dont supply spare blades with crusher. But customer can buy extra blades as spare under factory cost.

 5. How to maintenance the crusher? 

    We will provide English edition maintenance sheet to customer with the crusher. 

 6.What is nosie of this crusher? 

     This strong plastic crusher has certain noise during working. As per customer request, we can provide sound-proof type (low noise )to crusher.
