Packaging

Great care is taken to ensure that all the products are adequately packaged prior to shipping from our factory. All our products are thoroughly packed using multiple layers of foam and bubble wrap. The exterior packaging is thick cardboard, it will also have a wooden bracing where required to ensure a structurally sound package during transit.

Damage

In the rare event that fairings arrive damaged, please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods. Please provide accurate and detailed information on the extent of the damage. You must also provide photo evidence of the damage so that we can assess your claim.

 Q: How can i trust your items because i am not deal with you site before?

Q: The attachment show my design and changes. Is it possible / makeable for you to make it?

Q: I would like to be sure of quality, are they injection molded, with reinforcements at the screwholes?

A: Yes, all pieces come out from our ABS injection mould which exactly what we showed in our website; every pieces predrill, bolt on, the same fitment as OEM.

Q: Is it possible to send me the picture of the complete fairing set from both sides include the fairings so I can check this?

A: 100% no problem, the real pictures will be sent to you before its shipment arranged.

Q: What do you do if i received a incorrect item or problem items ?

A: If you received an incorrect item or problem items, no extra fees will be charged, we will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charges.

Q: Delivery? If I order, what's the ETA?

A: At least 10 days production time, plus the shipment will be lasting 7-8 days. You could expect the new kit arrived within 3 weeks.
