FEATURES:
1. Valve rocker arm with needle bearing
2. Optimized air port: A complete new design of air port is adopted to improve fuel-air mixing condition, which results in more complete combustion, improves fuel comsuption and realizes dynamic behavior of low speed and high torque.
3. Shaped combustion chanmber: The shaped combustion chamber not only improves turbulence intensity and combustion rate, also reduce intake/exhaust loss. This integrated cylinder head plays an important role in reducing noise generated from warming up the engine.
4. Gas-oil seperation constant pressure arrangement, Constant pressure mechanism for oil and gas seperation: Such structure is adopted for this engine instead of the constant pressure structure for common engine. Constant pressure holes are drilled in the balance shaft and not only act as HP gas venting port, but also are critical to oil and gas seperation.
5. Double -cooling type cylinder head: Cooling water passage is designed inside the cylinder head. The outlet of cooling water passage is designed at the highest point of cylinder head water lever thus avoiding air bubbles occuring in the cooling medium when the engine is in operation. In addition, radiationg fins are provided on the periphery of cylinder head and two types of cooling media is used to cool the heat.
6. Separate cavity structure: heat engine system and driving system of engine are mutually independent to each other, meeting different operation environment of the two systems and greatly improves service life of engine.

8. Build-in balance shaft device balances the vibration of the engine in all directions, thus achieving low-noise stable operation of the engine.
9. Double-shaft fork technology is adopted for the gear shifting system, making gear shifting more flexible and reliable , also making driving more comfortable.
