Q1. What is the lead time?

A:Sample is 3~7 working days, mass production lead time is 15~20 working days after recevied 30%deposit and all package and samples are cofirmed .

Q2. I don't like your standard colors. Can I choose any color for the housings? If yes, any extra cost?

A: Yes the color can be made according to Customers' requests.but for detail will dicuss how to change the color   by then  .

if buyer change to be white color the price will be adjusted .

if buyer change to be other colors and keep same proceeding (that mean will not add any proceeding e.g spray oil etc  ) that without any extra cost.  

Q3. How should we pay if we order from you?

A:1. pay by T/T (Bank transfer),  30%deposit,70%before delivery. Or can negotiate the payment term with buyer base on the order qty or payment term 

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to reach our office?

A:1.samples  order By International express:DHL, UPS, FedEx,3-5 working days,         

2.Mass order :by sea,11-40 days (According to the port of destination of each country different  , the ETA Date will be diferent )

Q5 Do you print  Logo on products .

A. Yes! 

 we can do customer 's  Customized Logo Printining,  OEM orders  or ODM orders are welcome as well. or you can print Factory's own logo
