A: Yes, all the keyboards are 100% new. If it is not 100% new, we will tell you and send the real photo to you to check.

A: We sell both Original and OEM keyboards according to your requirement. Original keyboard is with excellent quality also higher price, OEM keyboard is with good price.

Q3: Do you accept sample order?

A: We are glad that you place sample order to check the quality and we welcome you give advice about our produce and service, We will try best to make you satisfy.

Q4: How much should I pay for deposit?

A: If the value of the order is over 5,000 USD, we accept 40% deposit before preparing order and 60% balance before shipping. Otherwise, we only accept 100% payment in advance.

Q5: When will you start preparing the order?

A: We will start preparing the goods as soon as we receive the bank slip of the payment.

Q3: How long it takes to prepare the order?

A: 3-7 working days according to the quantity and the we will try our best to ship the goods as soon as possible.

Q8: What to do if there is faulty goods?

A: We have strict quality control and there will be very low faulty rate. The warranty is 6 month and When you find faulty goods, please contact as soon as possible. If the quantity of faulty goods is small, we will refund the money, if the quantity is large, please send the goods to us and we replace good ones and we pay for the shipping cost.
