Strict Quality Control System for Chain Block 

1.Before Raw material coming, we do micro test and chemical analysis.

2.Every hoist we do 1.5times load test. 100% test 

3.Before load chain assemble on the hoist, every 100M load chain will choose 5M in the top and bottom for breaking test.

4. Before packing, we also do operation test.

5. Every month will do breaking test and endurance test to ensure the stable quality of spare parts.

CHAIN BLOCK MAINTENANCE

1. Clean off the dirt on the hoist and smear the gears and bearings with grease after use. Store it in a dry place to keep it from rust and corrosion,

2. The maintenance and repair of block should be done by skilled hands. Never allow any layman to disassemble the block which may easy causing accident.

3. Align the 0" marks of the two gears while assembling. as shown in Drawing 2.

4. Keep clean the friction surfaces of the brake. Inspect the brake mechanism regularly to prevent the faulty braking causing accident.

5. After cleaning and repairing, the hoist should be subjected to no-load test and heavy load test. A chain hoist can be put into operation after it has been tested and found in good condition.
