Q1: What is your MOQ?

A1: Generally speaking, our MOQ is 1000pcs, which varies with different products. For the first order, we can accept qty no less than 200pcs.

Q2: Can your company accept customize?

A2: Welcome OEM & ODM. We accept brand logo print & designed-package print if our customer requests. Of course, it will involve MOQ of 3K-5Kpcs.

Q3: What's your lead time?

A3: If we have stock available , we'll arrange and send to you soonest once receipt of your deposit or full payment.
If to need customer brands, it generally will take 5-10 days to prepare materials and finish mass production.

Q4: Can you send a sample for us to develop?

A1: Yes. Sample can be made if customers ask for it, if the sample cost is very high ,we would ask for a sample fee. Surely . the sample fee can be returned back in future order. If the sample cost is lower, we can send to you for free , but we will charge you for the freight.

Q5: How to installation and connection go with the item?

A5: It depends on different antennas. Manual can make it clear as well if available. Eg, for digital tv antenna, we recommend you move it around and find the spot where you get the best connection and mount it there.

Q6: How do you solve after sale service?

A6: You can ask us for technical support if your workers know how to repair.
If not, please send them back, we can repair them for you or we will re-produce for you.
