Introduction of Washer-Potato

This automatic emery roller peeling machine for cassava machine is made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel, adopts brush roller washing principle to completely wash and peel kinds of fruit and vegetables, like potato, carrot, cassava, yam, taro, sweet potato etc.

Feature of Washer-Potato

1: if for fresh potatoes, we always use 9 brush rollers
2: if for old potatoes, to peel them thoroughly, we can use 5 brush rollers+4 emery rollers
3: if for thin peel potatoes or carrot, we have soft brushes to lower the waste rate
4: if for only washing, no peeling, we also use soft brushes to wash off the surface dirt, meanwhile achieve polishing purpose, like mango, orange, carrot washing and so on.
5: if for cassava, fish scale or oyster, hard brushes or emery roller is better
6: if for gingers washing and peeling, we also have specialized brushes

1: What is the voltage for the machine?

We normally make it 220v/50Hz/Single phase or 380v/50Hz/Three phases.

But it can be made according to clients' demand, like 110v/60Hz/single phase, etc.

2: For machines delivery by sea, what document will you supply for customers clearance?

Usually we supply BL(Telex Released), PL and Invoice freely.

If you need original document, we can send by express. And can supply other documents as customers demand, like CE, CO etc.

3: Will you make packaging before delivery and what kind of packing box you will use?

For LCL cargo, we pack machines in export standard free fumigation plywood boxes, no vermin, germs,etc. for protection while transporting machines.

For whole container cargo, sometimes no pack.
