Performance: This series of bottle washers are mainly used for inner and outer showers of glass bottles and polyester bottles.
1. Flush thoroughly: use the insert type internal flush design, flush in place, and avoid blocking the bottle mouth when the flushing water returns;
2. The outer shower is comprehensive: the outer spray of the umbrella-shaped high-pressure nozzle is used, and the outer wall of the bottle is sprayed in all directions;
3. Adapt to the bottle type: applicable to a variety of bottle types with a bottle height of 100-360mm and a

bottleneck of Φ25mm-Φ100mm;
4. Saving water source: equipped with circulating water tank, recycling after water filtration, reducing water consumption;
5. Wide adaptability; optional cold water washing, hot water washing, circulating water washing, and alternating hot and cold water washing.

Working principle
The main working principle of the machine is that the power of the motor is driven by the reducer to rotate the main shaft, and the main shaft drives the clamping jaws to make circular movements. When the bottle is turned over and the bottle is turned to the vertical position, the flush valve is opened to rinse the bottle. After the bottle is rinsed for a certain period of time, the flush valve is closed, the water in the bottle is controlled clean, and the bottle is sent out after the jaws are turned over.
