A: No, if you want to call, you have to insert a SIM card first. Support Bluetooth 4.0.

A: Android 6.0 or later & iOS 11.1 or later.

Q: How to download Wiiwatch2 APP to phone?

A: Search 'Wiiwatch 2' from Google Play/ APP store to download and install.

     Open watch menu, click 'Assistant' - 'Connect Phone', Scan the QR code to download and install.

Q: How to connect Wiiwatch 2 APP?

A: 1. Enable Bluetooth both on your watch & your phone.

     2. Scan the QR code shown on the watch to connect 'Wiiwatch 2' APP

     3. Once connected, need to click 'pair' both on your watch & phone

     4. Only need to click 'Re-pairing' when you need to change another watch or phone, otherwise the 'Wiiwatch 2' APP would be connected automatically.

     5. If failed connection, please disable bluetooth on your phone and then enable it.

     6. If paring information only pop-up on your watch while not on your phone, please restart your watch.

Q: Notifications not received on watch

A: 1. Allow Wiiwatch 2 APP to read data from your phone.

     2. Allow APP notifications on your phone.

     3. Click Settings - Notifications, allow notifications for Wiiwatch 2 or other APP.

     4. Do not install similar APP as Wiiwatch 2, or Wiiwatch 2 may not working.

     5. If no notifications received while using Wiiwatch 2, please uninstall anti-virus software or find Wiiwatch on the anti-virus software and allow it to run in the background.

Q: How to switch between long standby mode & smart watch mode.

A: 1. Under smart watch mode: Select long standby on main menu, click the tick to enter long standby mode, then it would reboot to enter long standby mode.

     2. Under long standby mode: Long pressing the power key until it reboot to enter smart watch mode.

Q: What functions could be supported under long standby mode?

A: Pedometer, distance, Calories, heart rate, history record, notifications; Under long standby mode, the screen is non-effective, short press back button to active the screen.

Q: SIM card could not be identified

A: Please power off the watch before you insert the SIM card, or the SIM card could not be identified. Power on the smart watch after SIM card inserted.

Q: Can I wear it for bathing or swimming?

A: Waterproof level IP67, only for daily use, please do not lay the watch under water too long or wear it when you swimming or showring or diving.
