Product Description

1. The elevator can elevate lychee automatically and uniformly through rollers’ auto-rotation, there is 3m length picking table for workers to pick out unqualified lychee, the sorting machine is through bearings to rotate and drive the rollers move forward parallelly, and gradually increase the interval between rollers, so as to realize the corresponding sorting size for lychee, the sorted lychee will be drop onto the outlet conveyor and conveying into collection basket. The sorting size can be adjusted freely.

There is buffer cushion below the rollers, so it will not damage the lychee when drop down.

2. The machine frame host materials adopts laser cutting, attractive and durable.

3. The machine appearance adopts static electricity spraying plastics, good rust prevention performance.

4. The motor adopts JMC gear reduction motor, high pulling torque, not easy to be hot.

5. The sorting motor, elevator motor, and frequency converter are independent control, small electrical loading.
