How to use Oil Filter machine

Filmaster 25 can be used up to two units of 20L capacity deep fryers.

Filmaster 45 can be used up to four units of 20L capacity deep fryers.

We recommend to clean the oil after lunch and dinner service.

It is important that the deep fryer is clean and that the oil is new

when using Filmaster for the first time. Do not start Filmaster in an already dirty deep
fryer with old oil.

Care and maintenance

Cleaning Warning! Only change the particle filter when the machine is cool ! ! ! ! After a long period of time, the filter will need to be changed after a day off or a holiday.Always clean the Filter box before a new particle filter is put in.
1. Pull the filter casing apart from the pump casing
2. Open the buckles besides Filter box.
3. Separate Filter box
4. Dispose of the old particle filter and clean the Filter box.
5. Remove the star grips from both sides.

6. Detach the electrics unit from the pump unit.
7. The Filter box, the filter unit and the pump unit can all be
washed in the dishwasher or by hand.
