Product Description

Miner Hosting

1. After ordering miners from our company, we can help send the miners to our mining farm for hosting, but the shipping cost from warehouse to mining farm should be paid by customers. Detailed cost will be different in different models and quantity.

2. MOQ----5--30pcs, depends on different miners, can be negotiated

3. Electricity fee----RMB0.22-0.3/ kWh, according to the REAL power consumption. Need pay at least half month fees each time.

4. Hosting time---at least 1 year

5. If miners have problem within warranty time, we can send to factory or the nearby repairment center for customer. Customers pay for the shipping cost. If miners are out of warranty time, customers need to pay for both shipping cost and repairment cost. The repairment cost will be suggested by technical people after wen send the miners to the repairment center.

6. During hosting time, we are responsible for the safety of miners, but not for sudden accidents or natural disasters, such as wars, earthquake, floods, etc.

1. No refund and return after the payment.

2. A 45-day warranty for Baikal miners, 180-day warranty for other miners.

3. If it is out of warranty, we will provide paid maintenance service.

Warranty Invalid:

1. Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission from Bitmain first

2. Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges

3. Burnt parts on hash boards or chips

4. Miner/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to wet environment

5. Over Clock
