1) What Steel Grades do you use to manufacture Industrial Blades?

We are using several Steel Grades that suit to various applications.
For example,we always choose stainless steel such as 420,440 for food processing blades.
For plastic crusher blades and woodworking blades,paper cutting blades,we have Cr 12Mov,
M2,A8 etc.
For paper making blades,sitting blade,tungsten carbide can be a choice except the materials
of 52 100,D2/SKD 11,CrWoMn and HSS.

2) How to charge the time required between machine knives sharpening?

As all machine knives and blades wear out it is difficult to give a unique answer.Please contact
us to assess your cutting requirements and get blade material recommendations.

3) How do you guarantee your quality?

All operations from drawing to material choosing,sample making,testing and packaging are
strictly controlled.Never a fault product will be delivered to our customer.

4) How long does it take to manufacture a machine knife to customized specification?

Usual manufacturing time on customized drawing are 35 up to 45 days.If you would like us to
