Q1.  Are you a factory or trading company?

A1.  Our parent co, M/s Wuxi Cool Front Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Is the original manufacturer for electric scooter e-bike and e-motorcycle, one of the very first batch of entities granted with production permit in China, and an ISO9001:2008 certified company as well.  Mac International Co., Ltd is 100% subsidiary of the parent company, we are acting as the right arm of our parent company's international marketing and sales. 

Q2.  Can I get a sample for reference?

A2.  Yes, SAMPLE is okay for testing.

Q3. Can I do our logo or brand on electric bikes?

A3. Yes, we accept OEM,we also can change configuration,color according to your requirement, but you need to pay extra charges.

Q4. What’s the delivery time?

A4. For sample order, it takes 7 days if stock available. For containerized order, generally it takes 20 to 25 days.

Q5. Whats your MOQ?

A5.MOQ is 10 units.

Q6. Can I mix different models in one container?

A6.Yes,different models can be mixed in one container,but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

Q7. What's your warranty terms? 

A7. We offer different warranty time for different accessories. Main parts for one year.

Q8. What’s your payment terms?

A8. Generally, we take 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Once the amount more than 100,000 dollars, L/C at sight is acceptable.

Q9. What’s your after-sales service?

A9. Our technical aftersales team will be online 24 hours.

Q10. Can you give me some discount?

A10. Yes, for bulk sales, we will lower the margin. More order quantity, less the price.
