The MS8239C is a budget multimeter, it can test AC/DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle, temperature, diode, continuity check etc.
Besides, the portable hand-hold appearance design , high qaulity, accuracy and simple visible operation interface will make it very popular in electrical testing field.
