Structure principle

This small crane is composed of two parts: power unit and bracket.

The power unit is composed of a motor, a reducer, a clutch, a brake, a rope drum and a steel wire rope. The motor is a magnetic single-phase capacitor motor, designed with a structure that brakes when the power is turned off; the motor is also equipped with a thermal switch to prevent the motor from overheating and burning; the reducer is a two-stage gear reduction, which is fixedly connected to the motor; clutch, The brake and the rope drum are a body. When the clutch is in the disengaged state, it can achieve rapid descent. The operating brake can control the descending speed to avoid shock. The shell itself is equipped with a tool box, which contains a clutch handle, a special wrench, a jack nut washer, a rod top cap, a button starter, a travel switch, an electric wire and a manual, etc.

The bracket part is composed of a main rod and a rotating arm composed of a screw, a jack nut and a vertical rod. The transfer arm can be transferred 360 degrees on the main pole, and a travel switch is provided at the end of the arm to prevent lifting accidents caused by operating errors or button failure. Operate the button starter to realize the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. The wire rope can be wound, released, and lifted by the pulley part of the bracket, and the object is lowered to complete the lifting operation.

The use of household cranes

After the first lifting, tighten the jack nut again. In future lifting operations, you should also check whether the jack nuts are tightened frequently.

The coupling and disengagement operations of the clutch must be carried out under no-load conditions, and the stroke must be in place.

It is not allowed to disengage the clutch and slide down under load.

The limiter is used as a safety limit and cannot be used as a substitute for a working switch. When carrying out lifting operations, the staff upstairs and downstairs must cooperate closely, and it is strictly forbidden to stand people off heavy objects during the lifting process.

Maintenance and maintenance of small crane

1. The winding of the wire rope should be neatly arranged, dense and close, and check its wear and tear frequently. If there is any problem, it should be replaced immediately.

2. When the machine is stopped, it should be out of no-load state, and heavy objects should not be left in the air for a long time. 3. During use, check the equipment frequently for abnormal sounds.

4. When the motor brake slips down during parking, the wind cover and blade can be removed. Open the back cover, put an appropriate gasket under the automatic spring

5. After 500 hours of cumulative use, a maintenance should be performed to clean up dirt, add grease, and adjust the fastening bolts.
