The technological process of the above products:
1) Original bamboo -- taking material sawing -- splitting bamboo strips -- making knotted pieces of fixed width into filament --bleaching -- drying -- cutting -- polishing -- picking up the broken pieces -- sharpening -- picking up the broken pieces --
packing -- storage (factory).

2) Normally, for every 100 kg of fresh (wet) bamboo, round chopsticks of Φ4.5～Φ5.0 with a length of 190mm can be produced about 3800～4500 pair

3) Mechanical instructions, bamboo bleaching, mildew-proof, moth-proof method and random accessories (including wearing parts,pecial accessories and special tools), etc. are listed separately and shall not be priced.

Requirements of Bamboo Material
Bamboo should be fresh bamboo or wet bamboo that has been grown for more than three years.
The completely dry bamboo will speed up the wear of the blade and is not good for the machine. The size of the bamboo: between 5 to 17 cm in diameter.
