Qingdao Boruite Machinery new BRT-30TSS-C Firewood Processor for skid steer has become best seller recently with its unique design and service. The splitting force of 30TSS series could reach 35Ton, Max Splitting Diameter 500mm, with Stihl chain saw. The most attractive design is its fully automatic remote operation. After connecting to the skid steer, all the wood processing operations are completed by remoted keyboard.

The equipment is well connected with the Skid Steer through the installation plate of the Skid Steer or tractor.
Next, driven by the Skid steer, the round wood is shoveled to the wood conveyor by the loading shovel.
Then fasten the teeth and press the wood on the wood conveyor. The saw starts to work and cut the wood.
After the wood is cut off, it falls on the wood receiving plate of the main machine. The wood splitting cylinder pushes the wood
onto the wood splitting knife, and the wood is split into four or six,eight pieces.

Operating by remote greatly reduces the risk of manual operation. The 6-meter long remote control cable allows workers to operate the machine anywhere within a six-meter radius, even in the cab of the skid steer.
Hydraulic control system and automatic controlling provide higher work efficiency than manual model. The ideal working efficiency can reach 12 CBM/hour ( 3 cord/hour).
The main parts have been assembled and packaged after testing. Customer only need to assemble the tubes and lifter arm by bolts.
