Maintenance and Service

1. Check whether the hydraulic crimping machine functions normally. Any damaged tools should not be used and should be sent to an authorized repair shop or our company.

2. Check that the parts of the hydraulic crimping port can move freely. Periodically inspect all pipes, shafts and screws for damage. Any damaged parts must be replaced with original parts by an authorized technician.

3. After that, the hydraulic crimping machine should be cleaned thoroughly. All moving parts are lubricated only with high quality hydraulic oil or ball bearing oil.

4. Other maintenance: adjustment and maintenance must be carried out by technical personnel authorized by our company.

5. If the seal is damaged, the quality guarantee is not cancelled.

6. The hydraulic crimping machine that has been crimped for 20,000 times or used for 2 years, whichever is earlier, must be repaired by an authorized repair shop or our company.

7. The hydraulic crimping machine must be completely drained of hydraulic oil before it can be shipped.
