Working principle:

Air Blowing - Dry ice sublimates from solid state to gas, expands about 800 times in volume, and the powerful air blows away the stains, so as to achieve a dry and residue-free cleaning effect.

Equipment composition and characteristics:
1. This model is a single-tube positive pressure injection, and the impact is greater than that of a double-tube. It is mainly composed of a base with casters, a hopper suspension system, a rotating ice supply system, a vibrating feeding system, a stirring system, an electric control system, an air supply system and a spray gun system. Add dry ice to the machine, connect the air source and 220V single-phase electricity, point the spray gun at the dirt surface and press the switch on the spray gun to clean it.

2. Using a special rotary feeding design, the ice storage system is specially designed in the ice feeder, which makes the dry ice cleaning and cleaning machine more powerful. The principle is that the company designs and manufactures completely by itself. The stator and rotor in the device have no contact friction, and the service life is extremely long. 3.
