Innovative and Unique Features
The most striking feature of the tool is the unique design of the tool body - the air cylinder.
The vertical hexagonal cylinder design has changed the traditional production method. The cylinder is closed from the top and bottom by six screws instead of traditionally tapping the threads around the cylinder
body, requiring considerable material thickness. The unique way of closing the cylinder makes the tool relatively lighter.
The unique design also efficiently produces fairly long tubular profiles from its raw materials. With no inflexible molds, the height of the cylinder can be calculated flexibly to apply a wide range of tool strokes in the most economical way.
The strength of the cylinder is proven adequate by its aerospace-grade aluminum alloy material.

Commercial series:

The commercial range of riveting tools consists of a model number prefixed with -Z: Z5000, Z5000V, Z5000A, Z5000AV for setting blind rivets up to 4,8/5,0mm Z6400, Z6400V for setting blind rivets up to 6,4mm .
Model codes with the suffix -V indicate that the tool has a vacuum suction system that holds blind rivets in the tool nose pads and automatically blows out the remaining mandrel after setting.
Model codes with the suffix -A indicate that the tool is custom with increased traction at the expense of travel, pairing the Z5000 and Z5000A, Z5000V and Z5000AV.
The appearance of the Commercial Series tool is set to black by default, but with red triggers.
The commercial range of tools is positioned to serve the DIY and semi-industrial segments of the market. Oriented to low cost, arrange production in the most economical way and conduct mass production. Except for a few unimportant part materials, critical parts and parts assemblies do not affect the quality, thereby extending tool life and simple basic maintenance by non-professional users.
A life test on the base model Z5000 showed that the tool started to loose the setting stroke after about 10 minutes of setting. 120,000 blind rivets aluminium/steel multigrip 4,8 x 15 without washer (two strokes for one rivet). During testing, a set of jaws were replaced as the rivets wore out after 54,000 pieces.
