WQ Vertical Submersible sewage non-clog centrifugal pump for wastewater or dirty water

WQ Submersible sewage pump is made of cast iron or stainless steel. The stainless steel submersible sewage pump is with corrosion resistance, energy saving, anti-winding, non-blocking, automatic installation and automatic control and other characteristics.

WQ Submersible sewage pump is for the discharge of the waste water or waste liquids with  solid particles and long fiber etc impurity.

1, the impeller with large flow channel anti-blocking hydraulic components design, greatly improve the sewage through capacity. WQ Submersible sewage pump can effectively pass through the pump diameter of 5 times of fiber substances and pump diameter of about 50% of the solid particles.

3, the use of double series mechanical seal, material is hard corrosion resistant tungsten carbide, durable, wear-resistant. WQ Submersible sewage pump can make the pump safe continuous operation for more than 8,000 hours.

5. An oil-water probe is set in the oil room to provide absolute protection for the pump.

6. WQ Submersible sewage pump can be equipped with automatic safety protection control cabinet, pump leakage, leakage of electricity, overload and over-temperature monitoring, to ensure reliable and safe operation of the pump.

7. The float switch can automatically control the stop and start of the pump according to the change of the water level, without the need for special care.

8. The motor can adopt water jacket external circulation cooling system to ensure the safe operation of the electric pump under the condition of no water (dry).

Scope of application

Suitable for chemical industry, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper making, power plant, environmental protection and urban sewage treatment, municipal engineering, public facilities sewage and other conveyance strips particles sewage.

Notes:

1: if this pump is used for sucking thick and sticky slurry, the pump cavity should be cleaned to prevent sediment from leaving inside the pump.

2: the pump is not allowed to run under the state of low head for a long time, in case of overload and burning out the motor.

3: do not lift the cable or hang the water pump.

4: add or change the oil in the oil chamber (10-30# oil) every 300-500 hours under normal conditions to improve the service life of the mechanical seal. After the normal operation of the pump for 3000 hours, the pump shall be inspected and maintained. If necessary, the vulnerable parts shall be replaced that are not suitable for reuse.

5: when customers are equipped with automatic coupling device, the length of guide rail should be determined (the standard length is 3M).
