a,  What are the bracelet's hardware system requirements?

Androids devices: Cellphone with Android V4.4 or above & support 

IOS devices: 4s / 5 / 5c / 5s / 6 / 6 Plus, with IOS 7.1 or above

b, The Bracelet cannot be connected?

Make sure the bracelet is powered on;

Make sure BT is turned on in phone;

Make sure the APP disconnected with other bracelet.

Make sure the bracelet disconnected with other phones.

Notice: Make sure the bracelet is connected with phone within 0.5 meters. Once connected, the bracelet is workable within 10 meters away from phone under BT mode.

c, Bracelet cannot be recharged?

A. Ensure the charger connected well with 3 charging spots on band

B, Ensure the cleanness of charger connector;
C, Press the mode button when charging, The screen shows the process of charging.

d, Why is it still showing the data when you are not wearing the bracelet?

Because this is a sensor which detect any object, So you can remove the things away from detective area or turn the heart rate monitor off in app if you dont need it.

e.  Why the bracelet vibrate suddenly ?

All the vibration mode could be setup in app by personally, Such as, Longseat reminder, Phone call reminder, Message reminder, Anti-lost, Alarm clock, Remote camera, connected or disconnected

f.  Whats the factors will affect the test results of heart rate?

Wrong way to wear the band, such as the detector sensor is not close to wrist,Arm swing and movement on wrist, Affecting the blood circlation by wear the band too tight ,hands up or makingfist. In terms of heart rate detection technology, No matter chestband or wristband with heart rate monitor, The accuracy is depands on wearing way,sports style and personal physiological function.

g.  Does the   LED light is safe?   If workable with any color of skin?
