HJX400 is used for cutting, punching and grooving the iron core plate, and making full oblique seam, half oblique seam and straight seam transformer core lamination, which can be used for Small and medium transformers. Silicon steel sheet coils are punched and cut according to the preset shape and size of the sheet, and the finished sheets are sorted at the end of the production line and then laminated.
The uncoiler adopts hydraulic tension and electric reverse. The feeder is driven by a servo motor and equipped with a length measuring device.
The punching unit includes a V-shaped punching machine and a set of cutters. The punching and shearing are driven by a servo motor, which is driven by longitudinal and lateral movement; a punching machine and a set of punching dies.
