Introduction to MVR evaporator
MVR evaporators are different from ordinary single-effect falling film evaporators or multi-effect falling film evaporators. The MVR is a single evaporator integrated with a multi-effect falling film evaporator. According to the required product concentration, section evaporation is adopted. That is, when the product fails to reach the required concentration after passing through the effect for the first time, after leaving the effect, the product passes through the vacuum pump at the lower part of the effect through the external pipeline of the effect device to pass through the effect device again, and then repeatedly passes through the effect device to achieve the required concentration.
There are thin tubes in the effective body, the product is inside the tube, and the steam is outside. During the flow of the product from top to bottom, due to the increase of the inner area of the tube, the product flows in the form of a film, which increases the heating area. The negative pressure is formed in the effective body through the vacuum pump to reduce the boiling point of the water in the product, so as to achieve the purpose of concentration. The evaporation temperature of this product is about 60°C.
After the product is heated and evaporated by the effect body, the condensed water, part of the steam and the residual steam after the effect body is heated are separated by the separator. Condensed water flows out from the lower part of the separator to preheat the product entering the effector. The steam is pressurized by the fan booster (the higher the steam pressure, the higher the temperature), and then the pressurized steam merges with the primary steam through the pipeline and passes through the effector again.
When the appliance starts up, it needs some steam to preheat. After normal operation, the amount of steam required will be greatly reduced. The secondary steam converts electrical energy into heat energy of steam during the supercharging process of the fan supercharger. Therefore, the steam required during the operation of the equipment will be reduced and the required power will be greatly increased.
During the entire effective body flow process, the product temperature is always around 60°C, and the temperature difference between the heating steam and the product is also around 5-8°C. The smaller the temperature difference between the product and the heating medium, the better the product quality and effectively prevent the tube from being stuck.
When the product concentration is about 50%, only the MVR evaporator is needed to complete it. When the required concentration is 60%, a flash evaporation device needs to be installed.
