Product Description

The filter material adopts ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter material produced by HV and LYDALL in the United States, and high-efficiency filter paper from AHLSTROM in South Korea. The filtration efficiency is 99.9%. It is designed with folding technology to increase its filtering area. The skeleton and end caps are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and high-pressure resistant.

Air filter: The filter material of the air filter is made of wood pulp filter paper from HV Company of the United States and Ahistrom Company of South Korea, which can remove dust, sand, water, oil mist and other impurities suspended in the ambient air.

Filtration precision ≤10μm, filtration efficiency: 99.8%.

Under normal working conditions, the service life of the air filter is about 2000 hours.

Pressure Drop - Efficiency, Performance

At normal working pressure: 0.7Mpa~1.0Mpa, the initial pressure difference of the oil separator is between 0.15bar~0.25bar. The oil content of compressed air can be controlled at 3~6ppm, and the oil mist particles of compressed air can be controlled below 0.1μm.

Filter material selection and production process

The oil and gas separator filter material is made of ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter material from HV Company of the United States and Lydall Company of the United States. The mist-like oil-air mixture in the compressed air can be completely filtered out through the oil core.

Fine seam welding, spot welding process and newly developed two-component adhesive ensure that the oil-gas separation filter has high mechanical strength and can work normally at temperatures below 120°C.

service life

The service life of the oil and gas separator is more than 4000 hours. The length of life depends on many factors: the design of the oil separator cartridge, daily maintenance, the cleanliness of the environment, the quality of the lubricating oil, the operating temperature and the quality of the oil separator.
