0-25mm Teaching High Precision Outer Diameter Micrometer Spiral Micrometer

Semi-automatic PET bottle blowing machine bottle blowing machine outer diameter micrometer is a kind of outer diameter measuring instrument that uses the principle of spiral pair to read the distance
between the two sides of the frame. External micrometers are mainly used to measure various external dimensions.
The division value of the outer diameter micrometer is 0.01mm, the upper limit of the measurement range is not more than 300mm, and every 25mm is divided into one specification. Such as 0-25mm, 25-50mm...etc.

Instructions for use:
1. Clean the measuring surface and correct the zero position before use. 0-25mm directly to the zero position: above 25mm, use the school team to zero position.
2. The method of correcting the zero position: if the zero position line is not aligned with the reference line, first use
Slightly loosen the fastening screw with a screwdriver, adjust the position of the reference line with a wrench to align the reference line with the zero line, and then tighten the screw with a screwdriver. (See Figure 2 in the instruction manual)
3. When measuring, the micrometer should be perpendicular to the workpiece to be measured, and the force measuring device should be rotated. When the measuring surface is in contact with the workpiece to be measured, the force measuring device should be turned slightly. When the force measuring device emits a slight "cluck, cluck..." sound, it is the actual size of the workpiece to be measured.
4. The locking device can move back and forth with the passive micrometer screw. Relax to the right, lock to the left. (See Figure 3 for description)
5. When measuring, the left hand should hold the heat shield to prevent the body temperature from being transmitted to the micrometer and cause measurement errors.
6. The zero position can be adjusted at one end of the wrench, and the force measuring device can be tightened at the other end.
Warm reminder:
1. A micrometer is a precision measuring tool. Handle with care when using. After use, apply anti-rust oil to the exposed part, put it in the box, and prevent it from being placed in a dry and ventilated place.
2. Do not turn the micrometer tube hard when measuring, so as not to damage the accuracy.
3. The micrometer tube should not move more than 25.5mm to the right, so as not to damage the micrometer and its precision.
4. Do not try to disassemble the parts of the micrometer, otherwise it will be damaged and unusable.
5. The verification period of the outer micrometer should be determined according to the specific conditions of use
