1. Testing and Training

Factory layout design, assembly and installation, start-up and local team training will be provided free of charge. But the round-trip air ticket, local transportation, board and lodging, and pocket money for our technicians are 50 USD per person per day, which is the responsibility of the buyer. There are two testers and it takes 30 days.

2. Utilities

The buyer should prepare sufficient supplies of electricity, water, steam and compressed air, suitable for connection to our machines, prior to the arrival of our machines.

3. Warranty

From the date of installation, the seller guarantees the product quality for 12 months. During the warranty period, if there is any problem/fault in the machine hardware; the seller will replace the parts for free or send technicians to the buyer's site for repair and maintenance. If the breach of contract is caused by the buyer's breach of contract, or the buyer needs technical assistance due to processing problems, the buyer shall bear all the expenses and subsidies.
