1. What is your MOQ? Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept small quantity for trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost accordingly. 2. Can I get beverage bottle samples? sure. Existing samples are free (but we will charge for custom designs). If your FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL account has a discount, we may use your account to ship samples. If not, we may charge the shipping cost of the sample and ship it through our discount account. Shipping usually takes around 2-4 days. 3. How long is the sample lead time? 2-3 days for existing random samples, 5-7 days for all custom designed samples after approval. 4. How long is the production lead time? You can quote the detailed turnaround for different orders. 5. What format of artwork is required for custom design? JPG, AI, CDR, PDF, ESP, etc. are all available. We will provide 3D virtual for your confirmation. 6. How many colors are available? We accept custom colors based on the Pantone color matching system. There will also be stock colors for your reference. 7. What certificates do you have? All tests are OK! 8. What is your payment term? Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit and 70% against copy of B/L after order signed. Both L/C at sight and trade assurance are acceptable.
