1. Setting key:

Factory default: temperature 37.8, humidity 60%RH, (note: the machine has already set the best temperature and humidity for incubation, it is not recommended to change the parameter value by yourself)

Press the setting key to enter the setting mode
Baseline temperature change: Click the "SET" button, then press the "+" button, and then press the "-" button to adjust to the required temperature value.


2. Work indicators:

The indicator light is always on: the heating tube is working
The indicator light is flashing: the temperature is close to the reference temperature, (this phenomenon is normal)


3. Display:

The normal working temperature range (37.3°C-38.3°C) is lower than 37°C, and it will alarm if it is higher than 38.6°C, and the ambient temperature does not exceed 30°C. In principle, the ambient temperature should be at least 10°C lower than the set temperature.
The normal working range of humidity (50%-70%), below 40%, above 75%, alarm, the humidity of the operating environment does not exceed 70%, and the humidity level in a short time does not affect the hatching


4. Detect egg turning function:

Press the plus sign button to observe whether the egg tray is turned over, the factory defaults to automatically turn over the eggs once every 90 minutes


5. Machine test:

After the circuit is connected, turn on the power, add 50-1002mL of water to the smallest compartment, test the machine for 2 hours, press the "+" button on the control panel to check whether the egg turning is normal, the temperature is about 37.8, and the humidity is about 60%. Under normal circumstances, the humidity is less than 60%, add 50-100mL of water for incubation (note: the humidity is too high, no need to adjust, when the humidity is lower than 55%, add a small amount of water)


6. Pick eggs

4-7 days old, no feces, no cracks, no fertilized eggs contaminated by broken egg liquid, preheat the environment at 15-30 degrees for 24 hours, after the test machine, lay eggs and put them in the incubator.

7. Incubator

21 days for eggs, 28 days for duck eggs, 30 days for goose eggs, 18 days for pigeon eggs, 18 days for quail eggs, and 28 days for peacock eggs. The incubation period is different. All eggs are divided into 2 stages, early and late, the latter refers to the incubator. The last 3 days of menstruation, the number of days varies according to the previous incubation period. Please take out the hatching net in the early stage, take out the egg tray and put it in the hatching net in the next three days.
Let's take an egg as an example. For hatching eggs, no temperature adjustment is required throughout the incubation period. The temperature is always 37.8. Add 1-2 pots of water every day. Humidity is about 60% in the early stage of hatching, and about 75% in the later stage of hatching. (This method is suitable for those who have no hatching experience.) For other types of hatching, please consult our company's technical after-sales service.

8. According to eggs

If you have no experience, you can’t see it before hatching. Put it into the machine to incubate for 7 days, and if there are obvious bloodshots, pick out the undeveloped transparent or bloodless ones.


9. Water injection

There are two water injection holes on the side of the machine. Fill the kettle with 50-100mL of water to the smallest compartment of the water tank. If the humidity is not enough, add other water tank grids in sequence. According to the air humidity in each area, the size of the machine is different, and the amount of water added is also slightly different. When the humidity is lower than 50%, add an appropriate amount of water. Occasionally high or low humidity does not affect hatching. It shouldn't be high or low all the time.


10. Spray or cold eggs

After 18 days of hatching (such as breeding eggs), use the provided watering can and 40-degree warm water to spray a few times on the breeding eggs. The sprayed water mist will naturally fall on the breeding eggs, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. After spraying, you can open it for use Cover to cool the eggs for about 5-10 minutes, then close the cover. You don't need to cool the eggs if they are not hot.


11. Final step

In the last three days, pick the eggs from the egg tray to the hatching net and place them randomly. At this time, there is no need to turn the eggs, but the humidity should reach about 75% in the past few days to prevent the eggshell from being too hard and easy to break. Pick up the egg skin, wait for the chick’s feathers to dry, take it out of the incubator, find a cardboard box, put a light bulb in it, slowly cool down, and raise it

This process takes 7-10 days, and the de-heating temperature is around 30 degrees.

12. Common parameters:

This product can usually be connected to heaters, humidifiers, motors and secondary fans. If all four devices are connected, you must know that the total power of the four products cannot exceed 100W. For example, the power of a motor is 100W, and it cannot be connected to any other equipment, which will be relatively limited. The total power at 220V is 1500W.
