1. What's the delivery time?
Sample or test order can be delivered within 2-5 working days. Orders of more than 100 pieces of standard products can be delivered within 7-15 working days. Customized orders can be produced within 20-30 working days.
2. Do you support customization?
We provide flexible customized services with rich experience in OEM and ODM projects. OEM includes color, length, logo, package, etc. ODM includes product appearance design, function setting, new product development, etc. The MOQ depends on different customization requirements.
3. What is your warranty?
We offer a 2-year warranty on AC chargers and a 1-year warranty on DC chargers. If there is an abnormality in the charger, whether in the domestic or foreign market, the following treatment will be taken as the after-sales policy:
For some simple problems, such as abnormal operation, abnormal wiring, network failure, etc., we provide remote support and customer on-site maintenance.
For complicated problems or quality hidden dangers, we provide spare parts/units for customers to replace defective parts/units for a fee. The seller is responsible for the shipping costs to ship the spare part/unit to the customer, we choose the shipping method.
4. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we can accept 1~2 samples at the first time, while the MOQ of each product should be respected when ordering in bulk.
5. Can you provide relevant documents?
Yes, we can provide most of the documents including Certificate of Analysis/Certificate of Conformity; Insurance; Country of Origin and other required export documents.
6. What is the average delivery time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the delivery time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit. Lead times are effective after (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we get your final approval for your product. If our lead times do not match your deadlines, please check your requirements at the time of sale. In any case, we will try our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we are able to do so.
7. How about the shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the pickup method you choose. Express delivery is usually the fastest but also the most expensive way. Sea freight is the best solution for bulk cargo. We can only give you the exact shipping cost if we know the details of quantity, weight and way. Please contact us for more information.

The warranty period of all our products is one year. The specific after-sales plan will be replaced for free or a certain fee will be charged
Repair costs vary on a case-by-case basis. But according to market feedback, we rarely have after-sales problems, because the products have been strictly inspected before leaving the factory.
