Instructions:
a. Add the quantitative substance (about 5ml) into the centrifuge tube. (Each centrifuge weighs almost the same).
b. Insert the centrifuge tube evenly into the hole of the centrifuge head. Then close the lid.
c. According to the selected centrifugal speed, adjust the governor to "4", and the centrifugal speed is about 4000 rpm. When the regulator points to "3", "2" and "1", the speed gradually slows down, and there is a response relationship, but there is no proportional relationship.
d. Set the scale line of the timer knob to the selected time position (for example: if the required time is 40 minutes, set the scale line to "40").
e. Turn on the power. The power light turns on. The motor starts to spin and the sample starts to split. After the time is up, the centrifugation ends.
f. Turn off the power. Take off the power plug, open the upper cover of the instrument, take out the centrifuge tube, and a centrifugation process is over.
