Answer: If defective products are found, we promise to bear the following responsibilities:

Q: Do you accept ODM&OEM orders?
A: Yes, we provide ODM and OEM services for global customers, we are able to customize different brands of different styles and sizes of enclosures, we also customize circuit boards and packaging boxes according to your requirements.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ for standardized products is 10 pieces; for customized products, the MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample order.

Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: The lead time for sample order is 3-5 days, and the lead time for bulk order is 5-15 days.

Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we provide free samples to distributors and wholesalers, but customers should bear the freight.
