Q3:How is your delivery time?

A:Generally, we need about 3 – 5 days to make samples. For orders, it will take about 15 - 30 days depending on the quantity.

Q4：Do you provide samples? Is it free or paid?

A:Yes, we can provide samples for free, freight collect.

Q5:What are the payment terms?

A:Payment <=USD1000, 100% in advance; payment >=USD1000, 30% in advance, and the balance before shipment.

Question 6:What services do you provide when arranging an order?

A:Even the smallest problem can be checked with drawings and then samples made. We provide free samples + quality control reports before mass production and update the production plan every week. We provide detailed production photos, QC inspection reports for mass production, and then arrange shipment, and we will notify customers 7 days in advance before completing the order. We welcome customer inspection and third-party inspection. Telex release of original documents.
