1. What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 500 pieces. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the corresponding cost, hope you can place a large order after checking the quality of our products and understanding our services.

2. Can I get samples?
certainly. We usually provide existing samples to check the quality. But customized designs require a little sample fee. The sample fee is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
We usually send samples via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier account you can ship using your account, if not you can pay the shipping cost to our paypal and we will ship using our account. It will take about 2-4 days to reach you, depending on your location.

3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1 day. If you want your own design, it will take 3-5 days, depending on whether your design needs a new printing screen, etc. In any case, we will respond quickly to your request.

4. How long is the production lead time?
MOQ takes 20-25 days. We have large production capacity and can guarantee fast delivery time even for large quantities.

5. If I want my own design, what format of file do you need?
We have our own designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw the artwork of the mold or printing screen according to the technology for your final confirmation.
For large quantities, we recommend shipping by sea. The trade term can be FOB Shanghai or CIF your port, in some countries, ours
Freight forwarders can deliver goods to your doorstep, making it more convenient for you.

6. How many colors are available?
Just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We'll match the colors. If it's an urgent order, we will recommend you some popular colors.

7. What are your payment terms?
