Application advantages
1. High weather resistance
It has passed the double 85 1000-hour accelerated aging test and the 3000-hour artificial ultraviolet irradiation (QUVB) test without delamination, cracking, blistering, yellowing or embrittlement after aging.
2. High safety
The safety level has passed the flame retardant UL94-V2 flame retardant level. The UL flame spread index is less than 100, effectively ensuring the safety characteristics of the component.
3. High insulation
TUV Rheinland PD>=1000VDC (based on HFF-300), which can avoid arc modules.
4. High water vapor resistance
Using an infrared moisture permeability tester, the moisture permeability is ≤1.0g/m2.d.

After nanoplasma treatment, the surface energy with high fluorine content can last more than 45mN/m for six months.
