Solid hardened and shot peened precision rollers are standard on most of our chains. The bushing provides a smooth roller bearing effect, reducing shock loads when the chain engages the sprocket teeth. During the chain assembly process, all chain components are oriented to ensure the pins, bushings and side plates are positioned correctly for optimal chain strength and long service life. The assembled chain is then dipped in hot lubricant.
