Introduction to spray gun:

1. The spray gun uses the principle of sudden expansion of compressed air in the nozzle to generate negative pressure to realize automatic remote transportation and spraying of liquid paint;

2. It is divided into two types: two-station self-priming adjustable single-tube spray gun and two-station self-priming adjustable composite tube spray gun.

3. The atomization amount and atomization area of ​​the spray gun are adjustable, and the gas emission amount and atomization amount of the composite tube spray gun are adjustable.

4. The gas discharge position is used to blow air to dry the paint evenly and remove mold residues, and the liquid discharge position is used to spray liquid paint.

Instructions for use:

1. The air inlet joint (marked A) is connected to the air source connection pipe, and the liquid inlet joint (marked L) is connected to the liquid delivery pipe. These joints are tied with iron wire or hose hoops;

2. Insert the other end of the liquid delivery pipe into the open paint bucket. The pipe opening should be higher than the bottom of the bucket to avoid being blocked by residue;

3. Operating procedures: Open the first position (air source valve core) to discharge compressed air, and simultaneously open the first and second positions (liquid valve core) for paint spraying;

4. The gas emission and spray volume can be adjusted by adjusting the gas regulating valve spool and the liquid regulating valve spool.

Notice:

1. The spray gun should be cleaned in time after use, especially after spraying viscous paint or paint particles. Cleaning method: Insert the paint delivery pipe into clean water (or organic solvent) and atomize it for 2-3 minutes to achieve the cleaning effect;

2. When the spray gun is clogged, block the nozzle with your thumb and open the first and second positions to make it possible for the blockage to flow back from the coating tube and relieve the blockage.
