Soap making machine:

This production line is a soap molding production line using soap particles as raw material, with an output of 100-2000 kg/hour. After mixing, grinding, vacuum demoulding, electronic roll printing and slicing of raw materials, medium and high-grade soap can be produced. This production line uses double-layer vacuum slivers, which can make the soap structure tight and not easy to dry and crack.

1. Mixing mixer

2. Three-roller milling machine (grinding machine)

3. Vacuum duplex soap bar press

Used to refine, exhaust and squeeze the ground soap particles to change the molecular arrangement of the soap.
Arrange them neatly into strips for shaping.
The machine uses vacuum forming technology to make the (transparent) soap structure tight and not easy to dry.

4. Soap hot stamping machine

Used for soap cutting, shaping and printing. The soap fonts are clear, smooth and beautiful.

5. Mold

It can fully and evenly mix and stir various raw materials for producing soap and transparent soap, refine the soap particles, and completely mix various auxiliary materials and spices into the soap particles.
