You will be updated with the tracking number to track your package.
6. What types of delivery services does Matador Knives have?
We offer delivery services through the DHL. It takes 5-7 business days to deliver the package.
7. What is the time frame on returns? What is the return policy?
In case of rare occurrence, you receive damaged knife. You can email us with the photos within 3 business days. We will cut off the price by 50% or give you replacement on that knife.
8. Are the Knives sharpened?
Yes! All Knives are sharpened. Please be careful while dealing with them.
9. Do all Matador Knives come with a sheath?
YES! All knives come with a sheath. Chef Knife sheath available upon request.
10. Does Matador Knives have a quality control department?
Matador Knives takes Quality Control very seriously. Quality Control involves many of our departments. Our Customer Service Staff and Returns Department relate problem product information directly to the Purchasing Department. The Purchasing Staff reviews each problem item. Then with the help of our Fulfillment Center and our Receiving Department, Purchasing ensures that our remaining stock and future inventory meet our quality standards.
11. Can I order a special Knife? My Design?
Yes! You can order your desired design. You have to send us the specification including; photos, lengths, material etc. We will respond with the quote within 24-48 hours.
12. Do you offer FREE Sample?
YES! You can pay for the sample knife and upon ordering original quantity the sample cost will be deducted. This way you will get FREE sample.
