Jujian tools offers a large Brass Wire Cylinder Brush range. Brass wire is softer than high carbon steel and stainless steel,making it suitable for deburring and polishing harder metals, without scratching surfaces. Plus brass wire will not generate sparks when used against other metal surfaces, suitable for hazardous enviroments. Brass is also a conductor of electrical energy and is suitble for static reduction applications. 

Double Spiral for power use:

1,Use a brush with a slightly smaller or equal diameter than the tube to be cleaned.

2,Use the brush only in the rotaional direction in which the brush is twisted.

Single Spiral for hand use:

1,Use a brush with a slightly larger diameter than the tube to be cleaned.

2,Push the brush completely through the tube that is being cleaned to allow the bristles to straighten out before pulling the brush back.

They have a long wire handle with a loop on the end and are 6″ to 16″ in overall length. Brush diameter sizes for the single spiral brush range from 1/8″ up to 2″ diameter. The brush part ranges from 1″ long to 5″ long.
