Instruction:

The Vacuum Meat Tumbler works in vacuum state, using the physical impact principle, make the meat block or meat filling flip up and down in the drum, so as to achieve the effect of fast massage and curing. By sufficiently absorbing the curing liquid ,the meat binding force and water retention is improved ,the finished product elasticity and yield is also be improved.

Application:
Vacuum Tumbler is applied to process high standard ham, sausage, beef and mutton products and duck breast, etc. By rolling, the curing liquid can be absorbed effectively, which can strengthen the meat quality and section tolerance, so as to prevent meat broken when cut and improve water retention of finished products, the taste is fresh and tender, the colour is natural and bright.

In the self beat and squeezing state, the meat protein can decompose into water soluble protein, which is can be easily absorbed by the body, at the same time, the machine can mix the addition of material (starch, etc) with the meat protein effectively and improve the production rate, enhance economic efficiency.
