Name: Label sensor

High-precision sensors are used to sensitively sense different types of colors and labels. The position of the sensor can be flexibly adjusted, and it is adaptable to labels of different widths and lengths.

Name: Stripping mechanism 

The cross-section design of the mechanism is used to ensure the separation of the label and the bottom paper. The arc is designed at the incision to ensure that the bottom paper is not torn during the collection process. 

Name: Rail speed control          motor

High-precision speed-regulating motors are used on the conveyor line to adjust the speed according to product specifications to ensure production demand. Each group of speed control motors can adjust the conveying speed of the product and the labeling speed, switch production of products of different sizes, and adjust the flexibility.

Name: Label roll

The label roll adopts the upper and lower clamping structure design, which makes the applicability of the device stronger. When switching the labels with different sizes, it is not necessary to replace the jig and save time. The pressure plate is fixed by quick lock bolts, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.
