1:Are you a facotry or trading company?
We are absolutely 100% direct factroy.  And we also act as designer.
we can design if you have any special requirements on products.

2: Can we have your free samples?
Yes. We can provide free samples.

3: How about the samples shipping ?
You provide your own shiping account of DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT for samples freight collect.
Or you pay us shiping cost in advance and we prepaid sample shiping cost in our side.

4: How many days for custom sample making? and how about the shipping time?
Sample time: Within 3 days.  Shipping time: 3-5 days

5: What's the mass production lead time.
Generally. 15 days production. It can be sooner or later depend on the product quantity.

6: How to place order to you ? 
When you comfirmed sample quality and product price. you can place an order to us by email.

7: How about payment terms?
We usually accept TT .Paypal. Western Union. But Paypal is only for small order.  
Payment terms should be 30% deposit and 70% should be paid before shipment.

8: What price you can offer?
EXW . CIF . FOB. Door to door. DDU.DDP. It depends on customer request.
