Weihai Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as WHCM) is developed from a designated fabrication enterprise of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry --- "Weihai Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd."established in 1975, which owning over 40 years pressure vessel fabrication experience till now, and one of the first domestic professional designer and manufacturer of the mixing high pressure reaction kettle. WHCM has own more than 800 employees, including 3 international welding engineers, 8 registered auditors, over 30 design/process engineers and over 100 QA/QC engineers. WHCM passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification in 2001. WHCM obtained category A1 and A2 design & Manufacture license of special equipment and ASME code U&U2 stamp certificate.Since the establishment of the company, WHCM attached great importance to R&D investment. WHCM has cooperated with many domestic colleges and universities and established "Shandong University students practice base", "Qingdao University of Science & Technology training & practice base" and "China University of Petroleum (East China) training & practice base", and lately WHCM established the "fluid mixing technology and stirrer R&D center"with Harbin Institute of Technology in 2009. WHCM was granted "high-tech enterprise in Shandong Province" and "Shandong Research Center of Engineering Technology of Reaction Kettle Drive Set"honorary titles. WHCM is located in Weihai---a beautiful coastal city. Its strategic location provides a convenient sea and land transporting condition for the large & heavy equipments. WHCM covers an area of 58 acres. Its building area is over 150,000 including large equipment manufacturing area 50,000, over 20,000cleaning workshop for manufacturing non-ferrous metal products, over 20,000 cleaning workshop for manufacturing stainless steel products and exploded metal clad plates branch factory. The lifting capacity is 1000 tons.WHCM insist on "6S rule"as enterprise management system, and never managerial slack on any details.
